Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that the Hastings Prince Edward Ontario Health Team delivers supports and services on the traditional territory of many nations including the Huron-Wendat, Anishinaabe, and the Haudenosaunee peoples and is directly adjacent to the Kenhté:ke – the Tyendinaga Territory – which is part of the Mohawk Nation. We acknowledge our shared obligation to respect the culture and history and to honour, and sustain these lands, contained within.
