Clinics for COVID, Cold and Flu Expanding to Picton

Picton, Ontario – The Hastings and Prince Edward Ontario Health Team (HPE OHT) is pleased to announce the expansion of the COVID, Cold and Flu Care Clinics to include Picton, Ontario. This expansion brings the total number of clinics to three, including Belleville and Trenton. The clinic in Picton will be located at the Prince Edward Family Health Team site at 35 Bridge St. Suite 1 in Picton and residents who need to see a primary care provider for their mild to moderate symptoms related to COVID, a cold or the flu can call 613-476-0400 Extension 201 to book an appointment. The Picton clinic will operate every Monday from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday from 10am to 2pm (starting this Saturday) and closed on statutory holidays.

This model of care helps to ensure that patients, especially those who are unable to access their primary care provider or those who don’t have one, get the right care, in the right place at the right time, while preserving hospital resources for those who need emergency care.

Hours of operation for all three clinics will be dependent on staffing resources.
